  4. 3o years as a friend is pretty much a record...and you of course were a record maker in so many different directions that affected thousands. You have joined another record maker beyond the ranks of us meager earthlings...may you and Elvis rock the afterworld....Danny Cheatham

  5. My dear friend...A part of my heart left with you as you left this Earth. You were so much more to me than a friend, a brother and such a great man in my life...One I held high, and always respected. I will treasure every moment in my memory of our times together Geno...for my love reaches to the stars now.

  6. It's so hard to say goodbye my friend. From the first time I met you you were always the consummate showman. More than that you were a great person. Thank you for all the words of encouragement through the years, it meant so much. Best advise you ever gave me,"don't hold back nothing, give it your all." Thanks Gene, for all YOU gave to us. 9. Gene was a much respected fellow musician who always gave 110% to everything he did. I'm proud to say he was a friend & know that friendship would have only grown with more time. The end of a life does not end a friendship. As long as the memories are alive the friendship remains. Congratulations on a good & successful life Gene & the memories you left with us.
